Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with project management, scheduling, and construction technology software.

Responsibilities

• Leading project planning, coordination, and execution from start to finish.
• Promoting a strong safety culture alongside field management teams.
• Managing project schedules, budgets, and procurement activities.

What You'll Do

As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for the planning, coordination, and administration of assigned construction projects. You'll work closely with field leadership, clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure successful project execution while serving as a trusted representative of AnderCorp.

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma required

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
