Job summary

AnderCorp is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects from planning through closeout, delivering exceptional results for clients and communities.

In this fast-paced, relationship-focused role, you will coordinate teams and ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget, acting as the trusted representative of AnderCorp.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of construction experience.
  • Strong understanding of construction management principles and project delivery processes.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Experience with project management, scheduling, and construction technology software.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning, coordination, and execution from start to finish.
  • Promote a strong safety culture alongside field management teams.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and procurement activities.
  • Oversee submittals, RFIs, project documentation, and contract administration.
  • Lead owner, architect, and project team meetings.
  • Manage subcontractor and vendor buyout processes.
  • Coordinate project closeout, punch lists, warranties, and turnover documentation.
  • Collaborate with project teams to maintain quality standards and client satisfaction.
  • Conduct project walks, inspections, and progress reviews.
  • Support risk management, cost control, and continuous project improvement.

Job description

What You'll Do

As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for the planning, coordination, and administration of assigned construction projects. You'll work closely with field leadership, clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure successful project execution while serving as a trusted representative of AnderCorp.

What We're Looking For
