Job summary

Stanley Martin Homes is seeking a Field Construction Trainer to deliver engaging, field-focused learning experiences across regions. You will partner with Learning & Development and construction leaders to develop, deliver, and continuously improve training programs for Neighborhood Construction Managers and field teams.

This role is remote-friendly and involves up to 30-40% travel to support field training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in residential construction or training.
• Ability to design and deliver field-focused training.
• Strong presentation and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver construction-focused learning sessions for field teams.
• Support field readiness and ensure compliance with standards.
• Coach on-site and virtually to improve performance.
