• Experience developing, coordinating, or delivering training programs.
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work with employees at all levels.
• Translate complex information into practical training.
• Willingness to spend meaningful time in field environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage training programs for construction and field personnel.
• Partner with field leadership to identify gaps and develop training solutions.
• Create practical, field-focused training applicable to day-to-day activities.
• Support onboarding and development for field personnel and supervisors.
• Coordinate hands-on, classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training.
• Establish consistent training standards across field operations.
• Incorporate lessons learned and best practices into programs.
