Job summary

Segra is seeking a qualified Construction Technician in Charlotte, NC to join us in a full-time, in-office role. The CT will oversee on-site construction activities and supervise contractors, planning and coordinating work across multiple sites in the designated market.

They will report field progress to the Construction Manager and/or Project Manager to ensure projects meet timelines and quality standards. Travel and on-call rotations are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of fiber/telecom/construction experience.
• Ability to lead a crew to meet schedule and budget.
• Strong understanding of construction and permitting prints.
• Assist in monitoring inventory during construction cycle.
• Assist with identification and troubleshooting of construction problems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good planning and organization to prioritize work.
• Some travel will be expected, overnight and daily.

Responsibilities
