Job summary

Next 150 Construction Services is seeking a Construction Superintendent II to support field operations, coordinating trade contractors and field activities to meet approved scope, safety, quality, and schedule expectations.

This role works with limited supervision, participates in meetings, documents daily reports, tracks labor and costs, and supports onboarding, training, and cost-of-work forecasting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 2-5 years as superintendent on construction projects; 5-8 years construction experience.
• OSHA 30 hour certified.
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate trade contractors and field activities to meet schedules and budgets.
• Review contract documents, drawings, and specs for assigned scopes.
• Maintain daily field reports, safety documentation, and records.
• Support safety enforcement and conduct safety observations.
• Attend project meetings and support coordination.
• Track production, labor hours, and productivity metrics.
• Assist with forecasting labor and material needs and cost-of-work tracking.
• Assist with onboarding and training.
• Manage daily reporting and cost tracking in CM software.
• Resolve field-level issues and support sustainability initiatives.
