Job summary

Hensel Phelps in Loveland, CO seeks an Assistant Construction Superintendent to ensure safe, on-budget, on-schedule project delivery. You will work with the Construction Superintendent and project team to drive safety, craft supervision, and trade partner coordination.

Responsibilities include maintaining a four-week schedule, coordinating with foremen, and ensuring quality control and accurate reporting. A Bachelor's in CM/CE and 5 years’ experience are preferred, with a valid driver’s license

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field.
• Five (5) years’ experience in construction management or a related field required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office 365 and project scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety is integrated into planning and execution.
• Create and review AHAs/STAs for self-performed work and trade partners.
• Coordinate material handling and site utilization plans.
• Lead project scheduling and maintain a four-week schedule.
• Supervise company workforce in assigned area and coordinate with foremen.
• Maintain accurate timekeeping, logs, and cost records.
• Ensure quality control on the project for Company and subs.
