Hensel Phelps is seeking an Assistant Construction Superintendent for an on-site role in Loveland, CO. The incumbent will ensure safety, manage craft supervision, coordinate trade partners, and maintain four-week scheduling while controlling costs and quality to meet customer expectations.
The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field and at least five years of construction management experience, with strong MS Office and communication skills.

The Assistant Construction Superintendent is the field representative of the Company and is responsible for the safe completion of projects within budget, on schedule, to the company’s quality standards, and to the customer’s satisfaction. The Assistant Construction Superintendent will work closely with the Construction Superintendent and project team to ensure safety compliance, craft supervision and production, trade partner coordination, scheduling, material handling, daily reports, quality control and craft training are handled to the Company’s standards.
Light Work. Exerting up to 25 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
