Job summary

Clayco is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to lead on-site field operations for design-build construction nationwide. You will coordinate with multiple teams, supervise crews and subcontractors, manage safety and quality, and assist in planning and budgeting. Willingness to travel or relocate and grow toward a superintendent role is expected.

Requirements include a B.S. in Construction Management or Engineering and 0–3 years of experience on technically complex commercial/industrial projects

Qualifications

• B.S. in Construction Management or Engineering or equivalent.
• 0–3 years of experience in technical commercial/industrial construction management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with preconstruction, design, engineering, procurement, operations, safety, and project teams to ensure resources.
• Supervise construction staff and subcontractors to meet budget and schedule.
• Maintain strong safety and quality standards on site.
• Travel or relocate to jobsite as needed.
• Learn site superintendent duties toward progression to superintendent.
