Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience in construction.
• First Aid/CPR and OSHA 30-hour certification (willingness to complete within 180 days).
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-site construction activities and supervise trades.
• Develop and implement project plans in collaboration with the project team.
• Oversee budget management and change order processes.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and conduct incident reporting.
• Prepare jobsite document controls including daily reports.
