Job summary

Hirebridge is seeking an on-site Assistant Superintendent to support construction operations in Newark, Delaware. You will work with foremen, subcontractors, and other site personnel to advance project goals and maintain safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include assisting with project scheduling, site logistics, and coordination with vendors to ensure timely delivery and execution, along with supporting inspections and reporting to keep the project on track.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating field activities and supervising construction crews.
• Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications.
• Familiarity with safety programs and site inspections.

• Assist in proactively identifying and solving problems to minimize risk.
