Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or relevant work experience in engineering, construction, or related field.
• 3+ years in construction management supervising field work.
• Proven ability to direct work of subcontractors and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field work to meet contract documents and project schedule.
• Coordinate installation per planned sequence and milestones.
• Maintain knowledge of contract documents and scope for assigned trades.
• Develop activity durations and plan equipment utilization.
• Monitor delivery dates for materials and equipment affecting trades.
• Ensure safety programs and conduct regular inspections on site.
