Job summary

Coho Construction Management in Florida is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on projects across the Southeast, including Tyndall Air Force Base and NSA-PC in Panama City. The role requires hands-on leadership, coordination of staff and subcontractors, and strict safety and quality adherence.

The successful candidate will manage multiple projects under IDIQ programs, travel 10–15% for site visits, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining client

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of field/trade construction experience.
• Degree in construction preferred but not required.
• Must obtain REAL ID, CQM, OSHA 30, EM 385-1-1 within 30 days.
• Ability to obtain base access.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site construction operations and maintain client relationships.
• Oversee contractual and financial aspects and report performance.
• Manage field staff and subcontractors to meet schedules.
• Ensure EM 385-1-1 and OSHA 30 safety compliance.
• Prepare daily reports and project documentation.
• Provide pre-construction support and participate in design reviews.
• Identify risks and develop solutions to maintain timelines.
