Job summary

Cody M Stevens Construction Inc. seeks a Superintendent/SSHO for projects on an active US military base. You will supervise on-site activities, coordinate with client reps, architects/engineers, and subcontractors, and manage schedules, budgets, and safety.

Travel may be required to Naval Base Ventura County and other sites in CA; background checks are required. The role covers site supervision, scheduling, procurement, and safety compliance with MS Project/Procore experience and CQCM

Qualifications

• Certificate in CQM-C course.
• Undergraduate degree in architecture/engineering/construction management preferred.
• 5+ years of construction experience; at least 3–5 years in CQCM.
• Experience in large-scale construction management.
• Federal government construction experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directly oversee job site personnel and subcontractors.
• Develop and refine project schedules with Project Manager.
• Read construction drawings and specifications.
• Oversee procurement of tools and materials.
• Prepare field reports, schedules, and safety documentation.
• Manage monthly project progress billings.
• Ensure safety policies are followed.
