Job summary

WECTEC Staffing Services is seeking a Construction Superintendent Level 2 to support field execution of utility-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) and Substation construction projects in the Central Region on a 1-year contract (W-2).

You will report to the Construction Manager or Senior Construction Superintendent and provide day-to-day oversight of contractor activities, monitoring safety and quality while coordinating field operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• 4+ years' experience in construction or related field
• Experience with utility-scale projects or BESS/Substations is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day oversight of contractor activities and monitor safety and quality.
• Track construction progress and coordinate field operations.
• Be a strong field presence with understanding of construction practices and pursue in-depth BESS and substation knowledge.
