Qualifications

• Engineering degree required or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years overseeing routing, siting and construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop routing criteria and coordinate across engineering, construction and environmental teams.
• Oversee route refinement, value engineering and permitting activities.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts across multiple departments.
• Ensure cost, engineering and environmental criteria are met for late-stage activities.
