Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus nine (9) years of relevant experience.
• Associate degree plus six (6) years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree plus three (3) years of relevant experience in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with field lead on scheduling and daily/quality reports.
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and drawings compliance.
• Ensure adherence to project schedule and escalate delays to PM.
• Write Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports.
• Take progress photographs and label each image.
• Assist with Monthly Progress Reports.
• Ensure latest design revisions are used in construction.
• Provide support to Project Construction Manager as needed.
• Support key trades and subcontractors for the project.
• Prepare contract extras and progress payments with the PM.
• Maintain professional correspondence with management and clients.
• Keep on-site records per CDM Smith requirements.
• Follow Quality Policy and related Work Instructions.
