Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking an Intermediate Construction Professional to work in the field at client project sites. The role covers field engineering, site administration, estimating, scheduling, safety, and technical direction under general supervision.

You will coordinate with the site construction lead, supervise subcontractors, maintain records, and produce daily and progress reports, ensuring drawings and revisions are used correctly. Travel is 100% across the United States.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus nine (9) years of relevant experience.
• Associate degree plus six (6) years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree plus three (3) years of relevant experience. The associate or bachelor's degree must be in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with site construction lead on scheduling, daily/quality reports, and drawings conformance.
• Oversee subcontractors and construction to ensure safety, quality, and drawing intent.
• Ensure work adheres to schedule; escalate delays to Project Construction Manager.
