Job summary

This full-time field role focuses on closing deals, generating qualified leads, and building strong relationships with property managers, insurers, and industry professionals. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in B2B sales, excellent communication, and a drive to exceed targets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a B2B sales or field sales role (construction or restoration industry experience a major plus).
• Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Familiarity with Xactimate preferred; training provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and closing deals for restoration and construction services.
• Build relationships with housing authorities, property managers, insurers, adjusters, and other industry contacts.
• Attend network events, join associations, and represent All Boro at trade shows.
• Conduct face-to-face client meetings and promotional events within the territory.
• Maintain CRM data, pipeline tracking, and sales forecasting.
