Job summary

Southeastern Site Development, Inc. is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to manage field openings for operators, pipe layers, and laborers.

You will handle inbound applications, run screens, and push qualified candidates to hiring managers, all while staying on-site with construction teams. You will reply to applicants the same day, schedule interviews, and maintain strong relationships with trade schools and local groups to ensure a steady candidate flow.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of recruiting coordination or high-volume hiring experience.
• Experience handling inbound applications and re-engaging candidates in an ATS.
• Comfort conducting structured phone screens and assessing candidate fit.
• Proficient in ATS: logging candidates, sending assessments, scheduling interviews, reporting pipeline status.
• Experience scheduling, confirming, and rescheduling interviews across multiple hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Keep open field seats filled by actively managing openings for operators, pipe layers, and laborers.
• Reply to applicants the same day and maintain momentum in the pipeline.
• Schedule, confirm, and adjust interviews; listen to candidates to learn who you are dealing with.
• Run two-part assessments and short phone screens to ensure candidates meet the good hire threshold.
• Visit active job sites in boots and PPE as needed to understand the work and build credibility with superintendents.
