Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
• Minimum two years of recruiting experience, ideally in construction or skilled trades.
• Experience recruiting field employees in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition.
• Ability to build relationships with candidates and leadership.
• Knowledge of employment laws and hiring compliance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, screen, interview, and hire qualified construction professionals.
• Develop and maintain pipelines through field recruiting, referrals, and events.
• Visit active job sites to understand staffing needs and recruiting opportunities.
• Coordinate interviews, events, and hiring initiatives; track progress.
• Maintain candidate communication and onboarding documentation.
