Kelso Industries seeks a Construction Recruiter to manage recruiting for their Mullins Mechanical and Welding projects. You will handle manpower planning, ATS management, candidate pipelines, and pre-employment steps including background checks and drug screens.

The role demands collaboration with project leadership and HR to meet staffing needs over a 24+ month timeframe. Requirements include 3–5 years recruiting in construction, ATS familiarity, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Recruiter in the construction industry.
• Working knowledge of recruiting best practices.
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• On-site reporting in Pampa, TX for 24+ months.
• Per Diem available.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update job descriptions and specifications.
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to ATS and boards.
• Source and recruit candidates using databases, social media, etc.
• Screen resumes and applications.
• Conduct interviews and filter candidates.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers or SMEs and collect feedback.
• Prepare and present offers to candidates.
• Conduct pre-employment activities such as background checks and drug screens.
• Coordinate start date/time/location with HR/Site Management.
• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
• Design and implement recruiting strategies.
• Manage the recruitment process and update procedures when necessary.
• Compile, review, analyze, and provide recruiting reports and data to support continuous improvement.
