Job summary

Blue Signal Search is seeking a Construction Project Manager for the New York City metro area to own and drive fiber and wireless deployments in multifamily and commercial properties. This on-site role blends leadership with hands-on field work to keep multiple builds moving safely, efficiently and on schedule.

You will coordinate field crews, vendors, and internal teams, visit sites to evaluate conditions and risks, and monitor progress from preconstruction to closeout.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction for multifamily or commercial properties.
• Telecommunications field operations experience.
• Ability to read schedules, drawings, and build plans.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple connectivity construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Coordinate field crews, contractors, engineers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Conduct site visits to assess conditions and deployment risks.
• Manage fiber, WiFi, and wireless deployments in urban buildings.
• Monitor milestones, labor requirements, and project risks.
• Provide hands-on field support to overcome challenges.
• Maintain project documentation and closeout information.
• Build relationships with property stakeholders and partners.
