Job summary

Metro RF Services Inc. is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead telecom field projects from our New Jersey office. This is a hands-on role requiring extended travel and solid OSP construction expertise.

Based in New Jersey, you will deploy to project sites as needed, manage crews and subcontractors, coordinate schedules, materials, equipment, and customer requirements, and maintain safety and quality standards on active builds.

Qualifications

• Strong background in OSP telecommunications construction
• Experience managing underground and aerial fiber projects
• Knowledge of trenching, directional drilling, conduit placement, fiber installation, restoration, and related OSP activities
• Ability to manage crews and subcontractors in the field
• Coordinate schedules, materials, equipment, permitting, and customer requirements
• Track production, job progress, closeouts, and project documentation
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards
• Communicate effectively with customers, field crews, subcontractors, and internal management
• Ability and willingness to travel for extended periods, including multi-week project assignments when required
• Valid driver's license and ability to work in an active construction environment

Responsibilities

• This is a hands-on field leadership position supporting telecom construction projects throughout the region and other markets as needed.
• Extended travel is a requirement of this position, and candidates must have solid OSP construction experience.
