Job summary

Clark Construction Group, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead the day-to-day management of active construction projects. You will develop detailed project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resources to achieve goals, while guiding communications among stakeholders and monitoring progress against the schedule.

You will drive risk management, while fostering a culture of safety on the job site and leading teams to deliver scope on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field.
• 4+ years of construction experience, ideally with a general contractor on large projects.
• 2+ years experience leading, developing, and motivating teams.
• Strong understanding of project scope, cost, schedule, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day management of the project and develop a comprehensive project plan.
• Lead contract administration, change orders, procurement, schedule, and financial reporting.
• Manage risk, safety, and stakeholder communications to ensure project success.
• Lead, train, and develop project team members and coordinate with owners, engineers, and designers.
