Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, is seeking a construction professional to operate at our project site in Phoenix, Arizona. You will coordinate field operations with the site construction lead, manage scheduling, daily reports, quality checks, and subcontractor communication.

Responsibilities include overseeing subcontractors, maintaining schedules, preparing progress and quality reports, and ensuring drawings and specifications are followed. Travel is 100%.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus nine years of construction or field operations experience.
• Associate degree plus six years of construction or field operations experience.
• Bachelor’s degree plus three years of relevant experience; degree fields include Construction Management or related.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field operations with site construction lead, including scheduling, daily reporting, and subcontractor communication.
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure safety and quality; align work with drawings and specs.
• Maintain project schedule, escalate delays, and prepare progress and quality reports.
• Prepare on-site records, photos, and correspondence per document control standards.
• Assist Project Construction Manager and prepare contract extras or progress payments.
