Company Incorporated in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Construction Manager to lead field crews and general contractors on complex tower and construction projects.

You will direct project planning, scheduling, safety, training, and quality control while coordinating with clients and managing staffing and equipment.

This role requires travel, strong installation and maintenance skills, and the ability to supervise many teams to complete projects on time and within budget.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree or equivalent required; 3–5 years related tower/construction experience may substitute.
• Strong communication and English reading/writing skills essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software required.

Aufgaben

• Study specs to plan procedures for each project phase, creating SOW according to site plans and requirements.
• Determine workforce requirements and establish production schedules to meet service loads.
• Initiate Job Work Orders for all Construction/Tower projects.
• Create BOMs and examine material, equipment, and cost estimates for accuracy.
• Process paperwork and ensure accuracy of time-sheets, job sheets, and production records.
• Direct tools and material ordering and coordinate testing and inspection of equipment.
• Maintain quality control objectives and coordinate with field supervisors to maximize reliability and minimize costs.
• Manage change orders and resolve customer quality complaints.
• Liaise between Company, field personnel and customers.
• Coordinate crane requirements and operators; supervise site activities.
• Perform and coordinate safety training and enforce safety regulations.
• Read and interpret design site plans and build to plan; supervise foundations.
• Coordinate permits, site surveys, and data management in company tools.
