Job summary

ANCO is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee new tower builds from start to finish. You will lead field teams, coordinate subcontractors, ensure safety, schedule, and budget adherence on upcoming infrastructure projects nationwide.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of tower construction management, strong leadership, and the ability to read drawings and permits. Travel to project sites will be required; a valid driver's license is mandatory.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years leading tower construction projects.
• Knowledge of tower builds, foundations, civil work, and structural erection.
• Understanding RF systems, grounding, and telecom infrastructure.
• Excellent organization and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel regionally or nationwide.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Ability to read construction drawings, permits, and specifications.
• Must pass drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities for new tower builds.
• Coordinate subcontractors, crews, and vendors for schedule and quality.
• Manage material delivery, permitting, inspections, and documentation.
• Perform site walks, audits, and quality control checks.
• Maintain communication with project managers, engineers, and clients.
• Enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
• Track progress and provide regular status reports.
• Resolve delays to keep projects on track.
