KALCON is hiring a Field Construction Manager (Owner’s Representative) in Phoenix, AZ to oversee field construction across renovations, interior buildouts, laboratories, and industrial spaces for a leading semiconductor client.

You will act as the owner’s field liaison, coordinating with project teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure safe, on-time, quality execution of capital projects in a highly technical environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred; equivalent construction experience may be considered.
• 5+ years of field construction management experience on complex projects (commercial, industrial, semiconductor, laboratory).
• Experience overseeing renovations, interior buildouts, tenant improvements, laboratories, or technical facilities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily on-site owner representation and field construction oversight across assigned capital construction projects.
• Monitor general contractor activities to ensure safety, efficiency, and conformance with project requirements.
• Conduct regular field walks to assess progress, site conditions, logistics, safety, and execution.
• Serve as primary field interface between owner, project management, GC, design team, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Oversee renovation/buildout activities within occupied facilities and laboratories.
• Coordinate with architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection trades.
• Monitor schedules, manpower, material availability, site logistics, and workface readiness.
