Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 12 years of relevant experience.
• Associate degree with 9 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree with 6 years of relevant experience in Construction Management/Engineering or related discipline; at least 3 years in CM/Supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversees subcontractors and construction to ensure safety, quality, and adherence to drawings.
• Keeps work on schedule; flags delays to Project Construction Manager.
• Writes Daily and Quality Inspection Reports for site records.
• Takes progress photos and labels each image for records.
• Prepares Monthly Progress Reports for client review.
• Ensures use of latest design drawing revisions by contractors.
• May assist Project Construction Manager on complex projects.
• Prepares contract extras and progress payments with Project Manager.
• Maintains clear, professional correspondence with management and clients.
