Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, seeks a Site Construction Manager to lead field operations on client project sites across the United States. The role represents the company on site, overseeing safety, quality, scheduling, and contract conformance.

You will supervise subcontractors, produce daily and monthly reports, and maintain on-site records. Extensive travel (100%) is required for this field-based position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 12+ years construction management experience.
• Associate or Bachelor degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field with required years of CM supervision.
• At least 3 years of relevant CM/supervision experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee subcontractors and construction to ensure safety, quality, and drawing compliance.
• Maintain project scheduling and escalate delays to PM.
• Write daily and quality inspection reports for project records.
• Prepare monthly progress reports and manage on-site documentation.
• Ensure use of latest design drawing revisions on site.
• Coordinate contract extras and progress payments with PM.
