Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent with 12+ years in relevant construction management, or associates with 9+ years, or bachelor’s with 6+ years in CM/engineering fields.

Responsibilities

• Oversee subcontractors and construction to ensure safety, quality, and conformance to drawings and project specs.
• Ensure work adheres to project schedule; escalate delays to Project Construction Manager.
• Prepare Daily and Quality Inspection Reports for review and record keeping.
• Take progress photos and label each photograph for project records.
• Prepare Monthly Progress Reports and manage document control per policy.
• Provide correct correspondence with project management and clients to resolve issues clearly.
