Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees subcontractors and on-site construction to ensure safety, quality and drawings compliance.
• Ensures work adheres to the project schedule; escalates delays to Project Construction Manager.
• Writes daily and quality inspection reports for review and record-keeping.
• Takes progress photos and maintains on-site records per company requirements.
• Prepares monthly progress reports and manages contract extras for client approval.
