Job summary

Associate degree with 9+ years of relevant experience.
Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years in Construction Management or related discipline.

Responsibilities

Oversees subcontractors and construction to ensure safety, quality and drawing intent.
Ensures work adheres to schedule; escalates delays to Project Construction Manager.
Writes Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports for review.
Takes progress photographs of construction events and labels them.
Prepares Monthly Progress Reports.
Ensures use of latest design drawing revisions.
May provide assistance to Project Construction Manager.
Prepares contract extras and progress payments with Project Manager.
Maintains clear correspondence with management and clients.
Maintains on-site records per document control requirements.
Adheres to The Perry Group Quality Policy and instructions.
