Job summary

Responsibilities include coordinating subcontractors, maintaining project schedules, producing daily and monthly reports, and ensuring design revisions are current.

Qualifications

• Must have construction management/supervision experience.
• Experience leading construction on large-scale, heavy industrial projects.
• OSHA 30 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee subcontractors and construction to ensure safety, quality, and conformance to drawings.
• Ensure work adheres to project schedule and escalate delays.
• Prepare Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports for project records.
• Document progress with photos and monthly progress reports.
• Ensure use of latest design drawing revisions on site.
• Assist Project Construction Manager as needed.
• Prepare contract extras and progress payments with client approvals.
• Maintain on-site records per The Perry Group requirements.
