Ledcor is seeking an experienced and dedicated Field Construction Manager to oversee daily field operations. This key role ensures project delivery on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. Responsibilities include executing project plans and schedules, maintaining site safety and quality control, and managing field staff, contractors, and tradespeople. The position requires the ability to travel up to 100% of the time.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Ensure construction aligns with plans, specifications, shop drawings, and codes
• Manage quality testing and Project Quality Plan conformance
• Maintain site safety per safety manuals and regulations
• Lead safety meetings and develop safety programs
• Monitor construction schedules to meet milestones
• Estimate activity durations and material needs
• Direct field staff and coordinate resources
• Supervise craft employees and subcontractors on safety, schedule, and quality
• Handle purchase requisitions and review invoices

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years construction supervisory experience
• Two-year college, trade, or technical diploma (preferred)
• Knowledge of current construction practices, documents, costs, and budgets
• Ability to plan and manage project schedules and develop solutions
• Effective communication and team management skills
• Strong organizational skills

Working Conditions:

• Physical ability to sit, stand, bend, climb, lift (up to 50 lbs), work at heights, and in various weather conditions
• Position involves 100% travel to construction sites
