Candidate Requirements

Primary candidates should have experience/abilities in:

• OSP and ISP fiber construction
• Power Utility make-ready work (NESC knowledge)
• UG utility location and re-routing
• Utility pole proposal management (SPANS, NJUNS, Katapult)

This is a field position that will be working remotely, with quarterly team meetings. It may be a temp-to-perm role.

Responsibilities

1. Prepare and submit purchase orders; process contractor invoices for OSP and ISP construction.
2. Assist with project financials and milestone management, including forecasting, vendor POs, invoicing, and tracking overdue invoices.
3. Provide administrative support as needed.
4. Communicate issues to management proactively.
5. Develop progress reports, track progress, and resolve obstacles.
6. Assist with ad hoc reporting requests.
7. Review construction design packages and distribute as necessary.
8. Coordinate with vendors regarding fiber construction work and billing.
9. Understand service delivery and permitting/licensing requirements for project close-out.
