Elite Executive Solutions is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead field operations for our Nashville-area commercial projects. You will coordinate subcontractors, drive safety culture, and ensure work flows from mobilization to turnover on time and within budget.

The role demands 5+ years in commercial construction, strong scheduling, ability to read drawings, and clear communication with owners, architects, and field crews.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction field leadership experience with a commercial general contractor.
• Proven ability to lead projects from mobilization through final completion.
• Strong scheduling, planning, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience coordinating multiple trades and complex schedules.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day field operations for commercial general construction projects from mobilization through completion.
• Manage subcontractors, field personnel, vendors, and onsite project activities.
• Develop and maintain short-term and look-ahead construction schedules.
• Coordinate daily activities across multiple trades to maintain overall project schedule.
• Review drawings, specifications, schedules, and project requirements.
• Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Project Executives, owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Lead subcontractor coordination meetings and communicate project priorities and expectations.
• Monitor construction progress, productivity, quality, and project milestones.
• Identify potential field conflicts, constructability issues, and schedule impacts and proactively develop solutions.
• Manage site logistics, deliveries, inspections, and sequencing of work.
• Ensure work is completed in accordance with plans, specifications, quality standards, and applicable building codes.
• Maintain accurate daily reports and project documentation.
• Lead punch-list, inspections, turnover, and project closeout activities.
• Maintain a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company and project safety requirements.
