You will oversee self-performed and contracted work, ensure compliance with contract documents and project schedule, and foster a culture of safety and quality on site. The role requires 7+ years in commercial construction, strong leadership of diverse teams, and proficiency in scheduling, contract administration, and OSHA regulations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience on large-scale commercial construction projects.
• 2+ years leading, developing, and motivating teams.
• Experience building high-rise residential, mixed-use, or higher education projects.
• Knowledge of scheduling, contract administration, equipment, and personnel.
• Working knowledge of safety regulations such as OSHA.

Responsibilities

• Oversee timely and quality installation of contracted work, including self-performed and trade subcontracted elements.
• Implement a culture of safety and quality on site and conduct regular inspections.
• Create and manage project sequencing, site logistics, and material/personnel tracking.
• Maintain project schedule, communicate milestones, and ensure on-time project delivery.
