Responsibilities

• Coordinate site operations with the construction lead and manage scheduling and daily reporting.
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and conformance with drawings and specs.
• Prepare Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports; maintain on-site records.
• Ensure contractors use the latest design drawings and revisions.
• Support Project Construction Manager with monthly progress reports and contract extras.
