Job summary

CDM Smith, through The Perry Group, seeks a seasoned site operations professional to coordinate field activities at the Phoenix project site. You will manage daily reports, quality control, and adherence to project drawings and specifications.

You will oversee subs, monitor schedule progress, prepare progress and quality inspections, and maintain on-site records in line with company standards to help drive project success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 9+ years of construction/field operations experience.
• Associate degree with 6 years of construction or field operations experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years relevant experience in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate overall field operations with the site construction lead, including scheduling, daily reporting, quality control, and subcontractor communication.
• Oversee subcontractors and construction activities to ensure safety, quality, and conformance with drawings and specifications.
• Escalate delays to the Project Construction Manager and maintain adherence to the project schedule.

Education

Associate degree + 6 years of construction or field operations experience

Bachelor’s degree + 3 years of relevant experience (Construction Management, Engineering, or related)
