Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC is seeking a QDC Field Construction Coordinator to support field operations on QDC projects. The role focuses on technical verification, cost-tracking, and on-site coordination, reporting to the Project Manager.

Expect strong attention to safety, documentation, and daily field administration. You will track headcount, coordinate access and logistics, and maintain Procore-based records across multiple scopes.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
• Or 3 years of experience supporting commercial construction projects in the areas: safety, planning, scheduling, cost monitoring, cost reporting, customer reporting, performance tracking, budgeting, estimating, change orders, billing, subcontractor management, purchasing, equipment and tooling management, and bid development.

Responsibilities

• Confirms that scope is executed as designed through readiness and receiving walks, and documents change at the point it occurs.
• Tracks installed quantities by cost code and maintains accurate cost coding records.
• Tracks daily on-site headcount and crew counts by operating unit and area, recorded in the Procore daily log.
• Provides administrative field support to the PM, including scheduling walkdowns, tracking deliveries, and coordinating meetings.
• Maintains a weekly earned-versus-burned rollup to the PM.
