Job summary

SQUAN is seeking a Field Construction Supervisor to oversee safety, quality, and timely delivery on multiple sites. You will educate and lead crews in safety procedures, monitor work, and drive continuous improvements to stay on budget.

Responsibilities include supervising subcontractors, coordinating with homeowners associations, and performing site inspections while ensuring compliance with customer requirements and industry standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license and excellent driving record.
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Experience as a construction supervisor or similar role.
• Knowledge of flag and tag procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ensures adherence to safety best practices and regulations.
• Monitors work and provides crew training where needed.
• Performs equipment, material, and site inspections.
• Leads teams to deliver quality work on strict deadlines.
• Manages subcontractors and vendors.
• Available for rotational on-call work.
• Reconciles work production tasks with invoicing.
• Communicates with homeowners' associations and informs residents of projects.
• Conducts quality assurance inspections during and after work.
