Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group is seeking a Field Construction Coordinator to support project operations on QDC field construction projects. You will verify scope, track installed quantities, and provide on-site coordination and admin support to the Project Manager.

You will maintain daily Procore logs, manage headcount by area, and document changes as they occur. The role requires strong attention to detail, field office experience, and the ability to coordinate with multiple teams to

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree or equivalent experience in engineering, construction, or related field.
• Experience supporting commercial construction projects in safety, planning, scheduling, cost monitoring, reporting, or budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Verify scope and changes during readiness and receiving walks.
• Track installed quantities by cost code across electrical, mechanical, and civil scopes.
• Maintain daily Procore logs and headcount/crew tracking.
• Provide field coordination and administrative support to the Project Manager.
• Produce weekly earned-versus-burned rollups and coordinating meetings.
