Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least eight years of building construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of drawings, specifications, construction means and materials; cost control.
• Ability to implement BIM and Lean practices to benefit the project.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project schedules with a focus on the critical path and timely delivery of materials.
• Lead field staff and participate in performance appraisals.
• Maintain and enforce the site safety program and subcontractor compliance with Turner standards.
• Coordinate with owners, architects and engineers on day-to-day construction activities.
• Oversee billing, WIP, payrolls, material invoices and subcontractor payment applications.
• Ensure work conforms to approved contract documents and quality standards.
