Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus nine (9) years of construction or field operations experience.
• Associate degree plus six (6) years of construction or field operations experience.
• Bachelor’s degree plus three (3) years of relevant experience in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field operations with the site construction lead, including scheduling, daily reporting, and quality control.
• Oversee subcontractors and construction activities to ensure safety and quality per drawings and specs.
• Maintain schedule adherence and escalate delays to the Project Construction Manager.
• Prepare Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports as official project records.
• Take progress photos and maintain proper labeling and filing per standards.
• Assist with Monthly Progress Reports and ensure latest design revisions are used.
