The Construction Superintendent II supports project field operations by assisting with the coordination of assigned trade contractors and field activities, ensuring work is performed in accordance with approved scope, safety requirements, quality standards, and schedule expectations. This role operates with limited supervision and supports daily planning, documentation, and execution activities.
This role assists with safety enforcement, quality control inspections, and field coordination, and works closely with senior field leadership to support efficient, compliant, and well-organized jobsite operations.
Salary to be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience of the applicant, as well as the internal equity and alignment with the team.
The pay ranges from $75,000.00-$115,000.00 plus benefits and retirement program.
