Job summary

Optimum is seeking a Construction Operations Lead to coordinate the development, implementation, construction and documentation of new cable projects in Tioga, TX. You will oversee pre-fielding, planning and scheduling, and guide both subcontractor and in-house crews to meet safety and quality standards.

The role requires at least five years in construction, experience with MDU design, and a proven ability to manage teams and inspect job sites.

Qualifications

• Five years of construction experience.
• Knowledge of CATV plant design and related standards.
• Ability to read construction plans and manage field crews.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development, implementation, construction and documentation of new projects.
• Direct construction activities of subcontractors and in-house crews to meet safety and quality standards.
• Administer site inspections and ensure compliance with codes and regulations.
• Mentor and supervise first-line employees and manage workloads to meet deadlines.
• Communicate with property owners, management companies, and municipalities as needed.
