Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd. is seeking a field operations professional to join our Phoenix, AZ project site.

You will coordinate with the site construction lead on scheduling, daily reporting, and quality control, while overseeing subcontractors to maintain safety and build quality in accordance with drawings and specs. You will ensure the project stays on schedule, prepare daily and quality inspection reports, and help with monthly progress reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least 9 years in construction/field operations.
• Associate degree plus 6 years of construction/field operations experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field with 3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field operations with the site construction lead, including scheduling, daily reporting, and quality control.
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and conformance to drawings and specs.
• Maintain project schedule; escalate delays to the Project Construction Manager.
• Prepare Daily/Quality Inspection and Monthly Progress Reports as official project records.
• Ensure latest design drawings are used; support the Project Construction Manager as needed.
• Prepare contract extras and progress payments with the Project Manager.
