Primoris Services Corporation seeks a seasoned field coordination professional in Converse, TX to lead project execution on telecom and construction sites. You will coordinate kickoffs, align scope with City officials and the Customer Construction Coordinators, and act as the primary field liaison among stakeholders to keep projects on schedule.

Responsibilities include managing subcontractors, ensuring safety, validating production, forecasting weekly work, and coordinating material deliveries.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating field operations on telecom/construction projects.
• Strong communication with City officials, customers, and crews.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and ensure quality/safety.
• Ability to develop weekly production forecasts and track risks.
• Knowledge of permits, material delivery, and site logistics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project kickoffs and align scope, schedule, and requirements.
• Serve as field liaison between stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors to meet specifications and timelines.
• Validate production, maintain safety, and ensure quality control.
• Provide on-site coordination of fiber optic installation and splicing work.
• Oversee installation activities and supervise field personnel and crews.
